Leader in ATCA Switching Announces General Availability of 10G Switch
ATS1936 – New AdvancedTCA 3.1 Compliant Switch for Diversified Technology, Inc.
NXTCOMM, Chicago, IL : Booth 3668 – June 19, 2007 – Diversified Technology, Inc. announces general availability of their low cost, highly functional, and flexible ATS1936 Switch Blade. The board features 10G Ethernet transfer speeds.

In addition to our three levels of Ethernet based hubs that includes 1G and base only, we also offer an InfiniBand switch to compliment our multiple CPU blades and fully integrated Rackmount Platforms. DTI believes the switch is the cornerstone of an ATCA system and our solutions are built around that philosophy, including this new 10G ATS1936."
About the ATS1936
The ATS1936 provides separate control plane and data plane switching for ATCA platforms. It provides 1Gb Ethernet switching on the 3.0 Base Fabric with both 1G and 10G uplink ports. The 3.1 Expansion Fabric provides 1Gb and 10Gb Ethernet with 1G/10G uplink ports. In addition to the three AMC sites and the front panel ports, the ATS1936 supports an RTM for greater access and further expandability. Both of the Base and the Fabric networks are fully managed with the robust management suite reducing issues integrating your ATCA platforms with the outside world.
